Local PC Time Flash/Blink

On the "Local PC time" data block I'd like an option to have it flash or blink at certain times, to draw attention to it. For example, I'd like to have it flash on the hour so I can keep track of the time irl when I'm just lapping in a practice session, or you could set it to 5 minutes before the hour to remind me to register for a race
