Save Configuration Files to Directory of Choice - OneDrive/Cloud Saves

There should be an option to select where the layouts or your configuration files are saved and/or loaded from. This kills two birds with one stone. Now users are able to store their profiles in a "OneDrive" directory that is in the cloud, and accessible across all their computers. If they have racelab on those other computers, it just simply loads the file from "My Docs" which looks like a local file to the program, but is really cloud based. This also means RaceLabs will NOT have to pay for user cloud storage. BOOM. Free user cloud storage :)
