Flag Frame for Virtual Mirror for iRacing (and others?)

As per my comment here in the RL discord: https://discord.com/channels/559298378291216384/651687701082538015/1220101297810833438 Flag Frame that is able to be positioned around the Virtual Mirror in iRacing. fine tunable size adjustments so users can dial it in for different screen resolutions & virtual mirror sizes (or other games/sims and other screen elements). use the user editable titles already in the Flags overlay settings. various selectable options like position of the information (top/bottom/left and/or right sides). can be added as an additional tab in the current Flag Overlay settings
