Slowdown Indicator on Relatives

Much like the Pit Indicator. Have an indicator appear when a driver in front or behind has a slowdown in iRacing. Saw this feature on another service and I thought it was incredibly useful, especially on the common slowdown tracks of Le Mans and Monza.
