Support for Richard Burns Rally (RBR)

RallySimFans (Hungarian) update to Richard Burns Rally is still actively being developed and has plugin support for things like Crew Chief, VR, etc. It would be awesome to have some overlays for RBR. Example overlays (some of these could be adapted from other supported games): Pace notes Course map Tire temps Weather Input Telemetry Lap time Deltas versus record or personal best Standings (for rally season)
