Ability to track ghost lap in Telemetry Comparison

I've seen a few versions of the "can we add Garage61 data to telemetry comparison?" question. I think an easy way to do this would be to just add the abilty to track the ghost car. You load the lap in via iRacing's options menu, and then you set RaceLab overlay to track the ghost car instead of personal best / friends best. It's not practical to assume I can friend every "fastest lap" driver on every track just to see their telemetry.
