Community Driver Tags

There are a few ways this could be implemented, so not sure what would be easiest or work the best... iRacing's SR is broken, and I think RaceLabs could do something to fix this in some ways with driver tags. Overall Postive/Negative score from the community - Dangerous and Dirty are negative, and Clean and Gentleman are positive. Opt in - if you share your tags with the community, you would also get an overall positive negative score. (Positive - negative) / Total = Raw score, then all scores are normalized between -10 and +10, where the median is 0. Lets say driver has 10 negatives and 40 positives, (40-10)/50 = .6. then stack rank all drives and disribute between -10 and +10. lots of math options there, and probably better ones. Share with Team - option to share with team mates, similar to fuel sharing, all the teams driver tags.
