Add a Window passthrough box for VR

It would be cool if I was able to passthrough a window from another program on my PC to my VR headset layout while I'm racing so I can keep up with real races, streams, sport etc. Similar to how you can share a window through Microsoft Teams/Discord but showing in the VR layout rather than over a call.
