Real time tyre, brake and car damage/condition for LMU

The stock LMU HUD isn't great and it would be good to have an overlay to show the tyre condition and temperature, brake temperature, and any car damage. It's in the default HUD and there are some SimHub overlays that have this, so it is made available by LMU, but having it in Racelab would make it infinitely better and more customisable, especially for VR use. These elements are very important for driving in LMU, so would be a very useful addition for LMU!
