Suggestion on Adding Official Simplified Chinese Support to RACELAB

Dear RACELAB Development Team, I am a sim racing enthusiast from China and a long-time user of RACELAB. I have long held high regard for the professional data analysis, lap time comparison and driver improvement functionality RACELAB delivers across titles including iRacing and Assetto Corsa — it has been immensely helpful for many players looking to sharpen their racing skills. I am writing on behalf of numerous Chinese sim racers to sincerely put forward a suggestion: we hope RACELAB can add official Simplified Chinese support in a future update. Sim racing has expanded extremely fast in China over recent years. The player base for major simulators such as iRacing, Assetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa Competizione has grown substantially. Beyond individual drivers, a great number of amateur teams, online racing series and offline communities have emerged, and the overall market scale and user engagement are still climbing rapidly. As more and more Chinese players discover and try RACELAB, the language barrier has become a clear obstacle to wider adoption. Without a built-in Chinese interface, most Chinese players currently rely on third-party translation tools to navigate the software. This not only creates a disjointed user experience, but also frequently causes confusion around professional features and data metrics, preventing users from unlocking the full value of RACELAB. We are confident that official Simplified Chinese localization would allow far more Chinese players to use RACELAB long-term, and to engage with its full feature set more deeply. For your team, launching official Simplified Chinese also brings meaningful strategic value: It would give you direct access to the fast-growing Chinese sim racing audience and effectively expand your global user base. A native-language experience would significantly boost user satisfaction and retention among Chinese players, and help support the growth of a local RACELAB community. As sim racing in China becomes increasingly competitive and commercialized, demand for professional analysis tools will continue to rise — completing localization early would secure a strong first-mover advantage. We fully understand that localization requires considerable development and operational resources, and we respect your team’s existing development priorities. Even so, we sincerely hope RACELAB will recognize the demand from the Chinese market and consider adding Simplified Chinese support to your future development roadmap. Thank you again for building such an outstanding tool for the global sim racing community, and for taking the time to read this message. We very much look forward to seeing an official Chinese interface in RACELAB one day, and my friends and I will be among the first to support it. Best regards, A RACELAB User from China
