Layout sharing module

The idea is to be able to publish your layout to the public, making it available for anyone to download and use the layout. Features: a published layout will have some meta data about the publisher, but can be turned to remain anonymus a published layout can be upvoted a published layout can be commented on any layout can be published that you build any layout you published, if you make changes to it, it will still be your local layout unless you update the published layout
