The idea is to be able to publish your layout to the public, making it available for anyone to download and use the layout.

Features:

• a published layout will have some meta data about the publisher, but can be turned to remain anonymus
• a published layout can be upvoted
• a published layout can be commented on
• any layout can be published that you build
• any layout you published, if you make changes to it, it will still be your local layout unless you update the published layout
