Editing one widget changes another of same type in Layout

Editing one widget of a type changes another of same type in a Layout. Examples - Add 2 datablocks, change title colour of one datablock, 2nd datablock also changes colour. Add 2 relatives widget, change number of drivers to show in one, 2nd widget also changes. All widget should have ability to have separate settings.
