Add F. Lastname to the advanced panel overlay

Currently, if a drivers name is too long, it will go across two lines rather than reducing the text size, to combat this, you could either add the F. Lastname option, or add a bounding box for the text so that when text is too long for the bounding box, it automatically reduces the size of the font to fit within the bounding box.
