Twitch chat message auto-removal on time limit

When streaming and racing it is difficult to read the twitch chat and not crash! Instead of showing Twitch chat messages permanently until they drop off the top of the overlay window, maybe we could have a setting for messages to "time out" after a configurable time limit so when you get a chance to glance at the chat overlay it only shows messages received in the last X seconds. This makes it easier to only see new messages. For streamers with a slower chat it would be obvious when there is a new message instead of re-reading the messages already seen.
