Driver Tags - be able to load from sessionId

Driver Tags only allow the tagging of drivers from your previous race. If you hop into many races, consecutively, you have no way of loading the drivers from anything but your previous race. If there was a facility to manually enter a SubSessionId, then this could load a previous race and have that list of drivers available to tag. (one tiny other - all the tags on the My Saved Drivers list are in red...not the actual color exposed in the overlay)
