Pitlane speed assistant upgrade that includes a bar and upper limit of 1.3k over pit speed

I realize there is a current pit lane helper, but I think it could be much more useful. I made something in simhub that works much more effectively for me and the key elements are as follows using a vertical bar to indicate speed with a horizontal bar indicating the pit lane speed limt. a second horizontal bar which is exactly 1.3kms/h above the speed limit as this is the limit you can overspeed in iRacing and not get penalized.
