DATA BLOCK TO CAR AHEAD AND CAR BEHIND

We need a Data Block that can give us the time to the car ahead and another to the car behind (optionally we could have a data block configurable to the +1, +2, +3, -1, -2, -3 etc. positionsfrom us. It is very useful to have one data block for that which would make it easy to read without taking the eyes off the track and not using the Relatives table
