Automatically hide Tire Compount, P2P, and Joker columns when the car doesn't support it.

In the Standings overlay, the Tire Compount, P2P, and Joker columns are currently always visible even when the car does not support that feature in iRacing. To reduce unnecessary clutter, I wish the columns would auto-hide when the car does not support the given feature. This information is not available in the iRacing telemetry, so this probably needs to be implemented with a lookup-table for each car id, and be updated whenever a new car is released.
